Refund Policy

Service Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to address any concerns. Adjustment services must be scheduled with the original stylist, and the original result must reflect the service discussed during your consultation.

Product Return

Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on used products or tools

No Refunds on Missed Appointments

We do not offer refunds for cancellations outside our policy window or for no-show appointments. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
